Currently based in Los Angeles, Cindy provides international marketing consulting to media companies, labels and artist management.
She was located for two years in Macau, China serving as Managing Director Asia for BASE Entertainment, who presented Cirque du Soleil in Macau and Disney’s Lion King in Singapore for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
Before moving to Asia, Cindy established Paragon Sports Entertainment, a sports television company with ofﬁces in Los Angeles and Buenos Aires. The company purchased Gaylord Event Television (previously Jack Nicklaus Productions), which included Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf, the Michael Douglas & Friends Celebrity Tournament and others. Paragon also partnered in Boca TV, a 24-hour soccer TV channel in Argentina.
Prior to Paragon, she was President of Gaylord Cable Networks, overseeing cable TV channels and ofﬁces in Sydney, Buenos Aires, Guadalajara, and Sao Paulo. She grew the business from two international Country Music Television channels with less than two million subscribers to ﬁve localized music channels reaching sixteen countries and 30 million subscribers.
She served ﬁve years as Vice President International for Capitol/EMI Records, and was responsible for marketing Garth Brooks worldwide when he was the number one selling artist in the world.
Cindy spent six years in international television distribution and production in Los Angeles and New York. She was Director of Sales and Program Development for Videﬁlm International, and International Broadcast Systems.
Her early career included working for MCA Concerts as Director of Operations for Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater and as a financial analyst at Universal Amphitheater.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in international business from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
